Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners (including Apple Pay, Visa, and MasterCard).
All fees are due at the time of service purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After purchasing a service,  we work immediately on your application. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund, but rescheduling might be permitted if the client notifies us 48 hours before the virtual meeting.
