  2. Residency Application Form

  3. Medical School Transcripts (including grades for each block)

  4. List of the specialty or specialties you are applying for, along with your preferred institutes/cities

  5. Payment Receipt (STC Pay Transfer to 0532090071)

  6. The institutions you are applying to
